About Vinyas Laboratory

Vinyas Associates, a well-established civil engineering organization with over a decade of experience, has recently expanded its offerings with the addition of Vinyas Laboratory (VL) in 2019. Vinyas Laboratory aims to provide comprehensive testing of construction materials, quality control, and supervision services. Our Laboratory is located in a spacious area and our state-of-the-art Building Material Testing laboratories are equipped with the latest sophisticated testing equipment and are regularly calibrated and accredited by an NABL (National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories).

Our team of professional engineers has extensive experience and knowledge of construction materials and practices. With the help of our experienced engineers and technicians, we assist our clients in anticipating and minimizing potential issues and delays. Our laboratory tests cover a wide range of construction materials, including soil, aggregates, bitumen, cement, and concrete. Additionally, we provide Bitumen Mix Designs and Concrete Mix Designs to our clients.

Vinyas Laboratory has undergone evaluation and received accreditation in compliance with the ISO/IEC: 17025:2017 standard with NABL Accreditation Certificate number TC-8964. Our Quality Manual outlines the competence, impartiality, and operational prerequisites that Vinyas Laboratory has adopted and put into practice

• The laboratory's policies ensure that its customers receive dependable and accurate results in the testing of building materials. These policies also guarantee that the lab provides impartial services promptly while maintaining complete confidentiality
• The laboratory continually strives to achieve the highest level of testing accuracy through efficient and timely service. Additionally, the laboratory works to enhance the knowledge and skills of its personnel, to continually improve its testing facilities for addressing national and international safety challenges, and to adopt test methods of national and international standards
• The laboratory maintains consistency with the latest version of ISO/IEC 17025:2017 standard to produce credible data for customer satisfaction. It adopts Good Professional Practice (GPP) and complies with all applicable regulations to ensure the quality of its services
• The laboratory ensures that all personnel involved in testing are qualified, trained, and fully aware of the policy and procedures of the laboratory management system to effectively implement them. The laboratory also identifies the risks and opportunities in each activity and takes action to minimize the risk

Lastly, each employee is bound by a code of ethics that covers impartiality and confidentiality aspects
